Common questions
The tuner doesn’t react. Check that TuneHaven has microphone permission (system Settings → Apps → TuneHaven → Permissions) and that no other app is using the mic.
Restore my Pro purchase. Pro is a one-time unlock tied to your store account. On a new device, open the Go Pro screen and tap Restore — the store confirms ownership; no account or login is ever needed from us.
Does TuneHaven need internet? No. The app has no network access at all — tuning, courses and tools all work offline, and your audio never leaves the device.
